MEMBERSHIP VERIFICATION FOR GDS - NOTIFICATION ISSUED BY DoP

Dear Comrades,

The NFPE & AIPEU GDS CHQ gladly announcing that the 5 year long awaited membership verification process in GDS cadre has been notified today.

The verification process has been commenced on 2nd March 2016 by calling applications to participate in the verification process. The process is prolonged more than a year and now, however, notification has been issued to collect the letter of authorization in favour of participant unions.

For the information of our CHQ office bearers, Circle Secretaries, Division / Branch Secretaries, Active representatives of our Union, well-wishers, preliminary information about notification is given under :

நமது போராட்ட இயக்கங்கள் காரணமாக அரசு நமது 2 கோரிக்கையில் ஒன்றான  உறுப்பினர் சரிபார்ப்பு இன்று  அறிவித்துள்ளது. நிச்சயம் நமது முக்கிய கோரிக்கையான ஊதியக்குழு பரிந்துரை அறிவிப்பு நமது 2ம் கட்ட போராட்டத்திற்கு முன்பு அறிவிக்கப்படலாம். இல்லை இல்லை அறிவிக்க வைப்போம்.

இந்த நேரத்தில் அனைத்து GDS ஊழியர்களும் NFPE ன் உருப்புச் சங்கத்தில் உறுப்பினராக சேர்ந்து ஒன்று பட்ட ஊழியர்களின் கோரிக்கையை வென்றிட ALL INDIA POSTAL EMPLOYEES UNION - GDS  என்று சரியாக எழுதி NFPE சங்கத்தில் மட்டும் உறுப்பினர் ஆக சேர்ந்திடுமாறு மாநில சங்கம் வேண்டுகோள் விடுக்கிறது .

Monthly subscription : Rs.20/- (Rs.Twenty only)

Signature : Signature of the GDS member

Name : (name in capitals)

Designation : Designation of GDS i.e., BPM, GDSDA/GDSMC/GDSPKR/GDSSV/GDSMM

Signature of authorized office bearer :

AIPEU-GDS CHQ  authorized the GDS members in all the divisions as Secretary / Convener of the respective division.

Please specify our Union name as :

The LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION issued along with Notification dated 20-06-2017 as Annexure-I has to be used for collecting the signature of the GDS member. 
(No further doubts need to be raised about the format of 'Letter of Authorization')
