GDS ஊழியர்கள் தேர்வு எழுதி அல்லது சீனியாரிட்டி முறையில் (GDS to mts/postman/pa) பணி அமர்த்தபடும் போது கடைபிடிக்கபட்டு வந்த *Training period*(10 days to two weeks) என்பது இனி வரும் காலங்களில் ரத்து செய்ய படுகிறது.
இனி GDS-ல் இருந்து இலாக்கா ஊழியராக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படும் அனைத்து ஊழியர்களும் Training இல்லாமல் நேரடியாக பணி அமர்தபடுவார்கள். பணியில் சேர்ந்தபிறகே induction training வழங்கப்படும்.
இந்த உத்தரவு ஜனவரி 29 -2019 முதல் அமலுக்கு வருகிறது.இதற்கு முன் பணி அமர்த்தபட்டவர்களுக்கு இந்த உத்தரவு பொருந்தாது என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
