Sub      Filling up of  unfilled vacancies of Postal Asst / Sorting Asst meant for LGOs ( postmen / MG / MTS) for the Year 2012 by the GDS by Direct Recruitment.

Ref- This Office Memo of even No. dated 25-02-2014

             Kindly refer to this office Memo of even No. dated 25-02-2014 wherein  it was requested to submit the willingness of eligible GDS officials by 10-03-2014 so as to enable this office to supply  OMR applications for further submission of filled in OMR forms.

In view of shortage of application forms  Directorate has supplied a specimen form which can be utilized as application form  to be supplied to GDS for appearing the above Examination.

               As such I am directed to forward herewith a copy of specimen format . This format can be got xeroxed on good quality papers and supplied to the willing eligible GDS officials. Besides, one column 'Educational Qualification'  may be inserted in the application form before supplying the same to GDS officials.

             As instructed earlier the filled in applications by the GDS officials, as per format now supplied, may be sent to so as to be received by this office on or before 27-03-2014 . The applications will be sent by this office to the authorized agency by 01-04-2014.All others instructions contained in this office  Notification of even No.  dated 25-02-2014 will hold good.

                    Hence no willingness need to be sent to this office and the  filled in application forms as per the format by eligible GDS may be sent to this office by 27-03-2014.
