GDS ஊழியர்களே  !   சிந்திப்பீர்.!!!

          தோழர்களே, GDS கமிட்டி அறிக்கை கடந்த 24.11.2016 அன்று நமது இலாக்கா முதல்வருக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்டு விட்டது ஆனால் அந்த அறிக்கையை அஞ்சல்துறை வலைதளத்தில் பிரசுரிக்கவில்லை. நமது NFPE மா.பொது செயலாளர் இலாக்கா முதல்வரை பல முறை சந்தித்த பொழுது, கமிட்டி ரிப்போர்ட் GDS ஊழியர்களுக்கு சம்பளம், கிராஜிவிட்டி, பதவியுயர்வு என்று பலவிதங்களில் மிகவும் சாதகமாக உள்ளதால்,போராட்டம் செய்யாதீர்கள்,  31.12.2016 க்கு பிறகு அரசிடம் அனுமதி பெற்று அதற்கான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்  என உத்திரவாதம் அளித்ததாக கூறினார்.. ஆனால் வெளியிடவில்லை. எனவே, GDS கமிட்டி அறிக்கை வெளிவர பலகட்ட போராட்டங்கள் NFPE, FNPO துணையுடன்  நடத்தி, கடைசியில் 18-01-2017 முதல் காலவரையற்ற உண்ணாவிரதம் AIPEU-GDS, சங்கமானது NFPE சம்மேளன தலைவர்கள் தலைமையில் டில்லி இலாக்கா முதல்வர் அலுவலகத்தில் தொடங்க உள்ளதை அறிந்து இலாகா உடனடியாக GDS கமிட்டி பரிந்துரையை தேர்தல் ஆணையத்தின் அப்ருவல் கிடைத்த உடனே வெளியிடுவதாக டெல்லி டைரக்டரேட்டில் NFPE, FNPO சம்மேளன பொதுசெயலாளர்களிடம் எழுத்துபூர்வமாக தெரிவித்தது. Ref,Dte.Lr.No-08-01/2017 SR dated on 16-1-2017.எனவே, காலவரையற்ற தொடர் உண்ணாவிரதம் அப்போது கைவிடப்படுவதாக NFPE சம்மேளனம் AIPEU-GDS தெரிவித்தது. அதனை தொடர்ந்து  19-01-2017  அன்று GDS கமிட்டி வெளியிடப்பட்டது உங்களுக்கு ஞாபகம் இருக்கும்

 தோழர்களே!!! வணக்கம்.

        உறுப்பினர் சேர்ப்பு நடைபெற்று வருவது வரும் 05.09.2017 கடைசிநாள். கோட்ட / கிளைச்  செயலர்கள் தங்கள் தோழர்களுடன் நமது GDS தோழர்களை அனுகி தனியாக போராடி இன்றுவரை மத்திய அரசிடம் கோரிக்கைகள் வென்றவர் எவரும் இல்லை என்பதை தெரியப்படுத்தவும். ஏன் 38 லட்சம் அனைத்து மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களின் செயலாளர்களின் முன் (7 வது ஊதியக்குழு) உள்துறை அமைச்சர் உள்ளிட்ட 3 அமைச்சர்கள் தொலைக்காட்சி முன் ஏற்றுக்கொண்ட குறைத்தபட்ச ஊதியம் ரூ.26,000/- மற்றும் அலவன்ஸ் உள்ளிட்ட கோரிக்கைகள் பரிசீலிக்கப்படும் என்று உறுதியளித்ததை சிரிதும்  பரிசீலனை செய்யாமல் குறைத்தபட்ச ஊதியம் ரூ.18,000/- என்பதை ஆணையாக வெளியிட்ட இந்த அரசை நம்பலாமா ? அதே போல் விவசாயிகள் மாதக்கணக்கில் போராடிவரும் அவர்களை கொச்சை படுத்தி இன்று வரை அரசு திரும்பி பார்க்காத சூழல், ஆகவே  வேலை நிறுத்தமாக இருக்கட்டும் அல்லது வேறு இயக்கங்களாகட்டும் விவேகத்துடன் ஊழியர்களை பங்கெடுக்க செய்திட வேண்டும்.

   அது தான் சிறந்த தொழிற்சங்க வழிகாட்டுதலாகும். கடந்த கால BJP  ஆட்சியில் நாம் இழந்ததை நினைவில் கொண்டு நாம் போராட்ட வியூகம் அமைத்திட வேண்டும். மேலும் தனிப் பெரும்பான்மையுடன் ஆட்சி செய்யும் இவ் அரசிடம் நாம் அனைத்து அஞ்சல் துறை ஊழியர்களை ஒன்று திரட்டி நம்முடைய இயக்கத்தை நடத்திட வேண்டும், இல்லையேல் நாம் இழப்பது நிச்சயமாகிவிடும் அது மட்டுமில்லாது வரும் காலங்களில் இவ் அரசிடம் கோரிக்கை வெல்வது கனவாகிவிடும். ஆகவே தோழர்களிடம் தக்க விளக்கம் அளித்து அதிக ஊழியர்களை நமது NFPE சம்மேளனத்தின் கீழ் உள்ள AIPEU -GDS சங்கத்தில் உறுப்பினராக்கிடுவோம். நாம் ஒன்றிணைத்து போராட இணைவோம் AIPEU - GDS சங்கத்தில்.

GDS Pay Commission Report : Latest Position

GDS file is still with MOF, last week Department replied to all the queries raised by the MOF. It is expected that the MOF may clear the file within fifteen days. Other formalities may take ten to twenty days. We expect that GDS commission report will be implemented either in the last week of September or in the First week of October 2017.

2.         As many of your demands have been settled and few are under active consideration of the Department, it is requested that the proposed agitation including the one day strike called by you on 23.08.2017 may be called off.

Stop all types of harassment and victimization in the name of new schemes and technology induction and under contributory negligence factor and Trade Union victimization. REPLY           FS Division has informed that no new schemes are launched by that Division on behalf of DoP. The DoP is operating Small Savings Schemes on behalf of MoF.          PLI Directorate has informed that they have completed roll out of Core Insurance Solution (CIS) as on 25.01.2016 to 808 HOs and 24598 Sub Post Offices as per the information provided by Circles. Roll out of RICT has not been initiated so far. They have also informed that at no point of time any case of harassment & victimization of staff has come to their notice
