State Bank of India ,notification for recruitment of 2986 Probationary Officers

State Bank of India (SBI) has released notification for recruitment of 2986 Probationary Officers (POs) in Associate Banks of State Bank of India. Eligible Indian Citizens can apply online from 01-09-2014 to 18-09-2014. Details are as follows:

Important Dates:

Starting date for Online Registration of Applications: 01-09-2014

Last date for Online Registration of Applications: 18-09-2014

Dates for Payment of fees through Online: From 01-09-2014 to 18-09-2014

Dates for Payment of fees through Offline: 03-09-2014 to 20-09-2014.

Date of Examination: November 2014.

Vacancy

 

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should not be below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 01-09-2014, i.e candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-09-1984 and not later than 01-09-1993 (both days inclusive). Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. Candidate having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before the eligiblity date.

Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in Objective Test , Descriptive Test, Group Discussion and interview.

Examination consisting Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks.

The Objective Test will be online. Immediately after the online Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be administered. Questions relating to Descriptive Test will be available on computer (Online) and candidates will have to write the answers on the answer sheet (Offline) provided to them on Paper/Pen mode.

(i) Objective Test: The Objective Test with 2hours duration consists of 4 Sections with 50 marks each (Total 200 marks) as follows:

a) Test of English Language (Grammer, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.)

b) Test of General Awareness, Marketing & Computers

c) Test of Data Analysis & Interpretation

d) Test of Reasoning (High Level)

The candidates are required to qualify in each of the Tests by securing passing marks, to be decided by the Bank.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through Bank’s website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in from 01-09-2014 to 18-09-2014. After completion of registration process, take print out of the online application form & fee payment receipt and keep it for future purpose.

website to track attendance of central government employees

Narendra Modi government to launch website to track attendance of central government employees

The Narendra Modi government will soon launch an attendance tracking website for all central government employees, according to media reports. The website is expected to help boost transparency in the functioning of bureaucrats.

 

The website, which is still being developed, will be based on the Jharkhand government's attendance tracking website. The Jharkhandgovernment's website gives real time information on the number of employees present at work, their average clock in and out times etc. The website also provides employee attendance information from each district.

Reports say that the Centre's website too will have features of real time tracking of attendance.

 

The Narendra Modi government had earlier directed that Aadhar-based biometric attendance systems should be introduced for recording attendance. The website will use the information entered in the biometric devices and will act as a 'centralised management information system' (MIS) for attendance.

 

Each employee would be given a unique ID from the first or last 6 digits of their Aadhar numbers. This ID will help maintain the database for the website. According to reports, 16000 users across 113 organisations, mostly from the Planning Commission have registered on the website so far. In order to register, nodal officers from the respective department/organisation must log in the website and create master lists of locations, designations and divisions in their offices. Following this, employees can register individually through the unique ID given to them.

சென்னையில் NFPE  COC  இன் கன்வீனர் தோழர். J . ராமமுர்த்தி அவர்கள் தலைமையிலும் FNPO COC  கன்வீனர் தோழர். P . குமார் அவர்கள் முன்னிலையிலும்  உணவு இடைவேளை ஆர்ப்பாட்டம்  CHIEF  PMG அலுவலகம் முன்பாக நடைபெற்றது . NFPE  , FNPO  மற்றும் PEPU சங்கத்தின் மாநிலச் செயலர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு வாழ்த்திப் பேசினார்.  FNPO  சார்பில் அதன்  மாபொதுச் செயலர் தோழர். தியாகராஜன் அவர்களும்  NFPE  சார்பில் அஞ்சல் மூன்றின் (CHQ ) செயல் தலைவர் தோழர். N . கோபாலகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்களும் கோரிக்கைகளை விளக்கி சிறப்புரையாற்றினர். FNPO  R 4  மாநிலச் செயலர்  தோழர். ஸ்ரீதரன் அவர்கள் நன்றி கூற ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் இனிதே முடிவுற்றது.

Com. M. Krishnan, Secretary General, National Federation of Postal Employees (NFPE) & Confederation of Central Govt. Employees & Workers, General Secretary, All India Postal Employees Union Group-C (CHQ), Leader, JCM Departmental Council, Department of Posts, Member, JCM National Council will be retiring from service on superannuation on 31st August, 2014.

                  As per the decision of NFPE Federal Executive meeting held on 21-08-2014 and Central Working Committee meeting of AIPEU Group-C (CHQ) held on 22nd to 24th August, 2014 at Ongole (Andhra Pradesh) Com: M.Krishnan, will continue to function in the NFPE & P-3 CHQ till next Federal Council of NFPE (May 2016) and All India Conference of AIPEU Group-C (June 2015).  He will also continue to lead the entire Central Government employees as Secretary General, Confederation till the next National Conference (2016)

                   Com: R.N.Parashar, Asst. Secretary General, NFPE, will take charge as Secretry General, NFPE from 01-09-2014 till next Federal Council as per the decision of NFPE Federal Executive meeting.  Com.N.Subramanian, Deputy General Secretary, AIPEU Group-C (CHQ) will officiate as General Secretary, AIPEU Group-C (CHQ) till next AIC, as per the decision of CWC meeting of AIPEU Group-C.
